We have Free Shipping and EMS. Free Shipping package will be arrived within 1-2 months. Express Mail Service (EMS) will be arrived within 3-5 days. *some rural or remote areas may take longer.
If it has been opened, used and or tested, and the item is not a faulty a refund cannot be given. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind purchases. Buyers must provide the return shipping cost for exchange. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Any product for refund/exchange must be received within 14 days of original delivery.
We will do our best to notify you of an out of stock item and offer you other choices if necessary. If an item that is out of stock is expected in less than one week we will not notify you.
We only carry products which we have gotten directly from the brand or authorized distributor. All products are 100% authentic and brand new in their original packaging.
We provide tracking number for all shipping methods. The number will be emailed to you when the order is dispatched.
For now, we only accept payment via PayPal. It's so simple, just select PayPal when you checkout, login to your account and complete the transaction.
All charges will be made in USD and this will be displayed clearly at the checkout before payment and on the order confirmation email.
